We love this store! We recently switched our Australian Shepherd from dry kibble to fresh food. She has lost some extra weight, which is positive! She also recently had an issue with diarrhea and they had some sprouts which we added to her food for a few days and she is back to normal! We love the staff at this store as they are always so helpful!!

I am so grateful for Ball Ground Hounds! Our French Bulldog was having horrible skin rashes and we thought it was the grass, but after speaking with Jennifer she felt it was the kibble we were feeding him. It was great kibble but still kibble. She had us switch to raw and within 3 days he was a different dog. We then switched our other 2 frenchies and wow what a difference! THANK YOU!!🐾🐾🐾
