I love this company! I have shopped here for years and this store makes you feel like family! My dog has suffered with reflux and I was so distraught. I tried so many things and nothing helped. When I talked to Ball Ground Hounds about the problem they were so knowledgeable! They recommended a change in food and probiotics. My sweet Carter is now reflux free thanks to this company! They go the extra mile for their customers and genuinely care about their fur children! You can’t get this kind of treatment and experience anywhere else! Thank you guys so much for all that you do!

Martha was such an awesome help today!!!! Koda enjoyed her first time in, even if it was to buy a "cone of shame". Lucky she seems to not be as bothered by the inflatable one, and her brother and sister are not laughing at her anymore. Thanks Martha!
