The man who assisted us today was kind; even after someone wasn’t so kind to him. He took the time to chat with us and ask questions about our puppy and how his first traveling experience went. It really shows what a genuinely wonderful human being he is and an asset to the community. Keanu is very happy we were able to replace one of his favorite toys.

We're in town and needed a leash for hiking. I messaged the owner before our trip and he let me know what they had, which was super helpful. Sam was so helpful, helped me try on booties for the first time for my pup. Great salesperson, like going to Kohl's for one thing and several items later ...🤣🤣
