The man who assisted us today was kind; even after someone wasn’t so kind to him. He took the time to chat with us and ask questions about our puppy and how his first traveling experience went. We're in town and needed a leash for hiking. I messaged the owner before our trip and he let me know what they had, which was super helpful.
